Innovative and colourful – AIRDUC® PUR 355 EC TWIN COLOR
The NORRES Group has now expanded its TWIN COLOR product series with the AIRDUC® PUR 355 EC TWIN COLOR. This is the third hose in the AIRDUC® PUR TWIN COLOR series that can be coloured in two colours in any desired combination.
AIRDUC® PUR 355 EC TWIN COLOR –
Product properties at a glance
The AIRDUC® PUR 355 EC TWIN COLOR is a flexible hose for heavy duty – as ducting for abrasive powder, bulk material, granulate or gases. This electrically conductive polyurethane hose impresses with optimal product properties. The AIRDUC® PUR 355 EC TWIN COLOR is highly abrasion resistant, provides very good low temperature flexibility and conforms to RoHS guidelines. Its wall is made from electrically conductive premium ester-polyurethane (Pre-PUR®) and has an electrical and surface resistance of <10³ Ω.
The hose additionally has TRGS 727 & ATEX 2014/34/EU (1999/92/EC) certification for the pneumatic transport of flammable dusts and bulk materials (Zones 20, 21 & 22 indoor), for the aspiration of combustible dust (Zone 22 indoor), for conveying flammable liquids (Zones 0, 1 & 2 indoor), for conveying non-flammable liquids for use in Zones 1 & 2 (gases) and for use in Zone 0 (gases).
Finally, the AIRDUC® PUR 355 EC TWIN COLOR convinces with product properties like increased pressure and vacuum resistance as well as good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals.
The TWIN COLOR product series
Following on from the AIRDUC® PUR 355 AS TWIN COLOR and AIRDUC® PUR 350 AS TWIN COLOR, the NORRES Group’s product range has now been expanded with the AIRDUC® PUR 355 EC TWIN COLOR as the third product in the AIRDUC® TWIN COLOR series. The idea behind the TWIN COLOR hoses is as simple as it is convincing, and it evidently appeals to users: NORRES quality products are coloured according to each customer’s requirements.
Any combination of colours is possible. The option of colouring the hose in two specific colours adds significant value: each hose can be customised and adapted to the client’s respective corporate colours, ensuring that the corporate design is consistently applied. As a result of this, a higher quality and more professional appearance is achieved for the hose as a machine component and hence for the entire product during use. What’s more, the combination of colours for the AIRDUC® PUR 355 EC TWIN COLOR can be varied according to the intended use or field of application. Any colour combination is possible.
